Had a craving for Pho and found this place. It's a bit divey in a strip mall next to a strip club but I had a craving. The Pho was delicious ! The spring rolls also very good. The servings are large. All fresh made for you while you wait. The cook owner is lovely. Very happy to have found her kitchen.

Pho: the soup wasn't the most complex, but it hit the spot; noodles were abundant and cooked well; meat was plentiful
Pork banh mi: small, but tasty
Egg rolls: good and crunchy
Overall, a surprise find in Panama City Beach. -

I have been all over the US, and the world. The pho here is good to go, but the real winner is the Banh Mi sandwich. Go eat it, and you're welcome!
I always get the P1. Pho with beef slices. And I will also get the pork banh mi. Between those two, I'm a happy guy.
The family who runs the place is friendly and great. If you are expecting fast, don't come here. They make everything to order so it takes a bit of time. Not a long time, but not 5 minutes either. I have eaten here more times than any other place here in PCB, and I also get take out. -

The worst Vietnamese food I ever had. Omg I can't believe this place is still in business. If people have never tried pho or Vietnamese food before and try this place , they will never want to try again .
Beef broth is like mixing water with salt and sugar and tons of Msg. Real beef broth needs to be cooked with a lot of beef bones to get the yummy broth .
Please stay away from this place -

The staff was extremely friendly, the Pho & matcha boba was absolutely phenomenal.
However, this was a highly unpleasant experience overall. I understand that different cultures have different standards of cleanliness & professionalism but this is an honest review of my perspective.
1st red flag, the location was sandwiched between a strip club & another sketchy shop. The entrance doors had layers of smudges from top to bottom, it looked as if it had not ever been cleaned. When inside the restaurant itself felt quite dirty. There were boxes stacked all the way up in the hallway to the restroom, I could barely open the door. They were out of a few high-demand items on the menu (egg rolls & jelly boba). Our rangoons came out cold, dirty silverware, & cluttered shelves. Photos thumbtacked to the wall... etc.
As a customer, I would highly suggest them making a small investment & speak to a business consultant that could help improve this place. My personal thought would be to invest in a more appealing location, update the interior & maintain a tidy atmosphere during operation. This would pay itself off because they would attract so many more customers.
